Cancellation and Refund Policies for Walk21 2019
If you want to cancel your registration for Walk21 2019, please notify by sending an email. All cancellations must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: Cancellation registration Walk21.
- Cancellations received in the period before the 5th of August will receive a full refund of the registration fee (UTC +1).
- Cancellations received between the 5th of August and the 1st of September will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee (UTC +1).
- Cancellations received from the 2nd of September until the 15th of September will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee (UTC +1).
- No refunds will be processed for cancellations received after the 15th of September (UTC +1).
Walk21 reserves the right to cancel any part of the program or session. Only in the unlikely event of a full cancellation, Walk21 will refund registration fees, but is not responsible for any costs, damages, or other expenses of any kind, including and without limitation, transportation and/or hotel costs incurred by registrant.
